We join at the very start, before work begins, and study your brief and the architectural drawings.

Plan
2D layouts with furniture at true size, designed around the building regulations and structural drawings.

Visualise
Every space modelled in 3D, down to materials and light, then brought to life with animation and 360° tours.

Present
We walk you through every room in person. Close to sign-off, you step inside the design in VR.

Survey
Once the structure is up, we survey the site and adapt the design to what has actually been built.

Align
One meeting with you and your site team, so everyone builds the same vision.

Detail
Lighting and power plans that place every light, socket, switch and control.

Build
We check in on site at key moments, then photograph the finished home against its visuals.
